I’ve been terrible about updating lately and I apologize.  The days got away from me and my great pickles-as-gifts experiment will have to wait until the new year. I’m heading up the Berkshires for the holiday and I’ll be posting from there about my experience at a great soul food place in Harlem called MoBay and will also post photos of my day helping my dad brine some Berkshire Blue!
