Pickles, Pickles, Pickles
The holidays are drawing closer and you know what that means? It’s time for me to start prepping my first attempt at pickles for gifts! I’ll be starting this in the next few days, since one of the recipes (pickled eggplant) doesn’t last that long. This is a favorite of Dr. Awesome’s mom, so I hope my first try is successful! I’m also going to be using Thomas Keller’s book ad hoc at home for the other creations that I’ll be bringing up to my parents.
If these work, a lot of people will be getting some delicious gifts in the future!
